This Week’s Project: A Full Property Transformation in West Linn, Oregon

This week, our crew tackled a major job in West Linn, right in the heart of Clackamas County. The homeowner reached out after years of overgrowth had left their property dark, cluttered, and unsafe during storms.

What started as a small trimming request quickly turned into a full-scale project — and the results were incredible.

🌲 The Challenge

The property was home to:

  • 3 massive oak trees, towering over 90 feet tall

  • 5 mature cedar trees, growing dangerously close to the home

  • 8 sprawling maples, shading the yard and blocking sunlight

Over time, these trees had started competing for space, and some had developed structural weaknesses due to Oregon’s wet winters and heavy winds.

The client wanted more light, more space, and peace of mind before the next storm season.

⚙️ The Process

Our team used a combination of climbing and crane-assisted removals to safely bring down each tree without damaging the property.

Once the removals were complete, we:
✅ Ground all stumps below grade for a clean finish
✅ Chipped and hauled all debris, leaving nothing behind
✅ Blew off all hard surfaces and leveled the yard for reseeding

By the end of the job, the once-shadowed property was open, bright, and full of life. Sunlight now pours into the home’s windows, and the customer told us it felt like “a whole new property.”
